ABC’s latest The Bachelor spinoff series The Golden Bachelor is scheduled to premiere Thursday, Sept. 28 at 8/7c.

The first season of The Golden Bachelor will be led by 71-year-old Gerry Turner as he takes on the daunting task of dating 22 women at once within his age group.

Bachelor Nation is particularly interested in seeing contestant Patty James on the show, otherwise known as former Bachelor Matt James’ mom.
